Abstract
The growing stock of the commercial forests in Austria is to be valued in monetary terms according to the principles of the ESNA. It has to be investigated, to what extent the individual elements of the scheme postulated for the accounting for natural resources can be assessed and in how far the rules for monetary valuation can be applied..
