Women in community policy

The aim of the survey is: (1) to analyse the effects of the share of female politicians in communal decision making bodies on local development and on the activities in sense of gender mainstreaming as well as (2) conclusions for measures to raise the share of female politicians in communal bodies and recommendations for supportive interventions. To process the multi-dimensional aims and questions a method mix of quantitative and qualitative as well as socio-scientific and planning methodologies will be used to compare the
