Energetic long-term analysis of residential areas in Lower Austrian Municipalities

Applying the ELAS-calculator (www.elas-calculator.eu) residential areas in Lower Austrian municipalities will be evaluated from an energy perspective. Furthermore, the ELAS-calculator allows for the evaluation of ecological footprints, carbondioxide emissions and socio-economic effects. The municipalities are located in different levels of centrality and have different settlement structures. The evaluation and interpretation of the calculations shall allow for building classes of energy efficiency of settlements.
