Storylines of coupled socio-economic and climatic drivers for land use and their hydrological impacts in Alpine catchment

STELLA aims at providing a basis for decision-makers dealing with land use planning and flood prevention. In a representative Alpine catchment storylines of coupled climate and socio-economic drivers resulting in land use patterns will be developed considering global climate and land use scenarios as well as potential regional deviations of land use change depending on the natural and socio-economic setting. The hydrological impact of these storylines will be assessed using simulation methods.
