Abstract
The project focuses on evaluation of genetic diversity in Rhodesian Ridgeback population of Austria based on high density SNP chip data. The main areas of interest are genomic relationships between individuals for the purposes of optimal mate selection, analysis of genomic inbreeding levels based on runs of homozygosity and a general diversity analysis of the population considering their placement in between other European breeds.
