Evaluating the effects of climate warming and precursor emission changes on the attainment of the Austrian ozone standard
Abstract
ATtain-O3 aims to provide Austrian policymakers tailored projections for surface ozone air quality and related health and economic impacts up to 2050. The effect of climate warming and changes in precursor emissions on surface ozone produc-tion and abundance will be assessed through chemistry-transport modelling. Targeted economic analyses will assess economic consequences of changes in attainment status and precursor emission reductions in the agriculture, health, and transport sectors.
