Abstract
The aim of this project is the synthesis and evaluation of novel strong cation-exchange type chiral stationary phases based on Cinchona alkaloid scaffolds and synthetic chiral trans-aminocyclohexanesulfonic acid. The synthesized chiral selectors will be immobilized on modified chromatographic silica. Subsequently, an evaluation of the chromatographic properties of all novel chiral ion exchangers using HPLC and a set of biologically active polar (racemic) analytes will be carried out.
