Teichlandschaften des Waldviertels – eine weltweit einzigartige Modellregion für Nachhaltigkeit, klimafitte Lebensräume und Gesundheit
Abstract
The project Teichfit focuses on carp lakes in the Waldviertel region under climate change. The focus lies on observations and modelling of environmental conditions and meteorological drivers past, present and future. Focus is given on ambient climatic conditions, particularly precipitation, evaporation and temperature. The influence of local microclimate on carp lakes will be studied in case studies for selected lakes in the region and expanded to the entire Waldviertel domain based on point and gridded observations and climate model integrations und the representative concentration pathways.
