Implementation of retention measures in Groß Limberg/Krems in Lower Austria.

In the area Groß Limberg, city of Krems, new housing development sites were established. However, it been overlooked that this area collects the discharges from the (surrounding) vineyards during rainfall events with strong precipitation. Therefore, it became necessary to design a protection project, which contains discharge draining and flood retention measures.
