Abstract
Standards and laws that regulate organic farming do cover production, processing, transport and certification. Certification must be done according to ISO 65 (EN 45011). Certification bodies do request from their clients the application of elements of the quality management norm ISO 65. The project studies the impact of ISO 65 on organic farming.
