Abstract
The project comprises a set of coordination actions in support of sustainable and eco-efficient short rotation forestry in CDM countries. The BOKU Institute of Agronomy and Plant Breeding contributes its observations on the impact of SRF plantations on the fauna, such as bees, and on the flora, such as the genetic dispersion of poplar clones. Collaborating exists with in the linking and the dissemination workpackages regarding former and current EU accession countries.
