Development of formulations based on steviol glycosides for application in food products and table tops
Abstract
On completion of the FFG project Stevia (818088), the resulting steviol glycosides should be used for development of formulations optimized for table tops and granulas as well as for the usage in different food products (bakery products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, sweets and dairy products).On completion of the FFG project Stevia rebaudiana: Development of a standardised, pure sweetener having high convenience level (2008-2010), the resulting steviol glycosides (stevioside and rebaudioside A) should be used for development of formulations optimized for table tops and granulas as well as for the application in different food products (bakery products, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, sweets, cereals, dietary supplement and dairy products).
