- Abstract
- It is the aim of the project to close gaps within planning and participative processes in the future through an innovative tool-set based on Augmented Reality Approaches and interactive Web 2.0 applications. This tool enables the 3-dimensional, realistic portrayal and modification of planning areas. It serves as a communication medium in participative planning processes. Based on a scientifically sound socio-cultural-economic foundation ways2gether creates first building blocks/system components. People should have the opportunity to plan independently on-line with an interactive modular construction system. The system should be available for interested individuals as well as for planners and entire working groups. Results of the online planning are saved and subsequently Web 2.0 methods can be used to commentate or evaluate them.
