Gender competence in the field of traffic planning and mobility management.
Abstract
The project aims to describe and communicate gender competence in the field of traffic planning and mobility management. In this context, gender competence means, on the one hand, combining the acquired gender-differentiated expert knowledge with the job-specific expert knowledge (expert competence) and, on the other hand, the ability to apply the diverse gender analyses in one's own field of expertise (method competence). These competencies should be linked to the constructive formation of sex ratio and gender relations in one's own organization or team (social competence). It manifests itself in the ability to reflect on one's own gender roles and gender roles within the organization as well as the assessment of one's own strengths and weaknesses. (Self-competence). Gender competence is taught in working groups and workshops which will be documented.
