Abstract
Passive immunotherapy in pediatrc oncology gave evidence for the therapeutic potential of a humanized monoclonal antibody directed against a glycosphingolipid found on the surface of neuroblastoma-cells. In this project a recombinant cell line was generated to produce enough monoclonal antibody to run a clinical phase III study and to characterize the established cell line.
