Abstract
Green coffee beans are investigated by means of multiple isotopic systems whcih deliver a characteristic fingerprint whcih is related to the origin of the samles. in Addition, multelement data complement this matrix. The relevant isotopic systems (C, H, O, S and Sr) are correlated with environmental data (temperature, humidity, geochemistry). The obtained data sets will be combined using statistical tools.
