Optimization of soy milk production
Abstract
The first step in this project, which was created in cooperation with Mona Naturprodukte GmbH, is to fix the multiplicity of problems during industrial soy milk production. Afterwards those technological problems should be addressed within the course of a master thesis. In the pilot plant belonging to the Division of Food Technology a process should be developed in laboratory scale which should be followed by an adaptation according to the technological options said company offers.
