Development of an oat-based drink
Abstract
Within this cooperation project with S.Spitz Ges.m.b.H. a tasty, innovative, non-alcoholic oat-based drink should be developed. This beverage should clearly stand out from the mass of typical oat based drinks which are available on the market to date. Thereby focus should be put on best possible sensory characteristics, “clean labelling” and high amount of health promoting substances.
