FFoQSI: NutriSafe - Securing of Food Production and Logistics with Distributed Ledger Technology

Abstract
he German-Austrian project "NutriSafe" aims to increase the resilience of value chains by means of distributed ledger technology (DLT) in food production and logistics. New business models with DLT, the application of a secure DLT including relevant interfaces to business information systems, legal framework conditions as well as standards and norms are researched. Particular attention is paid to usability for small and medium-sized businesses. At the end of the project, the results will be handed over to the open source community for use and further development in the form of a construction kit. Note: This project is part of the K1-Center FFoQSI (Austrian Competence Center for Feed and Food Quality, Safety and Innovation).
