Abstract
Aim of this project is to qualify Austrian food manufacturing companies for the implementation of new technologies along the innovation process in the fields of sensory and consumer science. Competencies will be built up especially in good sensory laboratory practices, in analytical and hedonic sensory methodology and in new techniques of consumer science like eye tracking or face reading.
